Refund and Return Policy

If you experience a critical issue with your order, you must contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of your purchase to be eligible for a refund review. Requests made after this 24-hour window will be automatically declined.

Refunds or replacements within the 1-day window will strictly only be granted in the following situations:

• Duplicate purchases made in error
• Corrupted or inaccessible files
• The wrong digital product was delivered by our automated system
• Severe technical issues on our end preventing access to the product

To protect the integrity of our digital materials, refunds will not be issued under any timeframe for:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to read product descriptions or purchasing the incorrect edition
• Incompatibility with customer software or devices not listed in our requirements
• Requests made after the file has been successfully downloaded or accessed without demonstrating a valid technical issue
